Hiring Administrative Operations Manager
Experience: 6+ years (4 years UAE required)
Salary: up to 10,000 AED
Notice: less then 30 days
Prefer industry: FMCG, Hospitality, Hotel etc.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative Oversight: Manage and optimize administrative processes across multiple businesses to streamline operations.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and develop strategies for improvement.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms for all brands, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with customers.
• Business Vision: Develop a strategic vision for business growth, leveraging insights and market trends to expand all brands.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between top management and departmental managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate administrative staff to achieve operational excellence and meet organizational objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a multi-business environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost analysis and process optimization.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
• Visionary mindset with a track record of driving business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
