Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the data lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Define and oversee data governance practices to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and manage data security.
• Collaborate with business units to understand data needs.
• Provide guidance and support for team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and priorities.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing (Preferably Vertica).
• Experience in Digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SaS Visual Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Knowledge of data security best practices and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Understanding of financial services/banking-specific compliance requirements.
• Statistical analysis and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and SQL.
• Project management skills.
• Strategic mindset for developing comprehensive data strategies.
• Vendor management experience.
