We are looking for an HR Manager for the Bristol Hotel Dubai.
Salary offered: 3500 AED all inclusive
Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee relations, including handling performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive benefits program that attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with employee training and development initiatives.
• Manage leave requests and absences.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, processing paperwork, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
