Data Entry Operator
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing inquiries. Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Data Entry Proficiency:
• Perform data verification tasks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of customers. Generate regular reports and updates for management as needed.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members and departments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service and data entry.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic language, both speaking and writing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
