Hiring Senior Accountant with experience in the Contracting & Switchgear Industry! If you have excellent analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, we want you to join our team.
As a Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for managing general accounting operations daily, creating and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Preparation of payment and receipt vouchers on the ERP system
• Issue and prepare Tax Invoices
• Bank Reconciliation
• Handling and preparation of petty cash expense entries
• Handling and follow-up on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
• Purchase invoice bookings and issue cheques to suppliers
• Post and process journal entries
• Intercompany journal entries and reconciliations
• Knowledge of UAE VAT law
• Knowledge of employee welfare benefits and payroll preparation
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
• Assist in financial and tax audits and general ledger preparation
• Liaison with bank and auditors
