Job Title: Procurement Support – Sourcing and Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect data on PRs, POs, Receiving Transactions, and Service Fulfillment from various internal platforms.
• Generate raw data for procurement reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Ensure data integrity through regular data cleansing on procurement reports.
• Provide first-level technical support to iSupplier and internal ERP users.
• Collaborate with IT operations to resolve system issues raised by the Procurement Department, Suppliers, and Business Units.
• Guide suppliers in using the ERP supplier portal and internal business units in using the Procure to Pay module.
• Monitor the Procurement RPA tool to optimize efficiency.
• Create procurement-related templates and forms using Microsoft Office.
• Design Dataloader templates for ERP orders and Procurement SharePoint pages for workflow management.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal business units and suppliers.
