Hiring HR Assistant
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Languages: Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Responsibilities:
• Assist HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
• Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
