Hiring Quantity Surveyor
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for creating technical or shop drawings and quantity estimation needed in every project from tender stage up to installation of carpets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimation and analysis of quantities as per cad drawing- bill of quantity.
• Review and analyse drawings, specifications and drawing details required for carpeting given by clients.
• Preparation of auto cad layouts - seaming plans, carpet layout, roll plans for approval, production and installation.
• Coordinates with the installation team for the plans and project execution.
• Prepares carpet production layout and coordinates with the design team for final roll plan.
• Site inspection before and after carpet installation.
• Attends client meeting with the sales person if required and requested.
Qualifications:
• Preferred International Certification in AUTOCAD & Quantity Surveyor.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
