OLYMPUS Marine Services are looking for a Performance Specialist for one of our Drilling Contractor clients based in Dubai.
Qualifications
• High school diploma.
• 4+ year’s offshore drilling experience with a drilling contractor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, experience with TDE proNova is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Lean certification or knowledge about Lean methodology combined with practical experience of driving continuous improvement offshore or in relevant industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team environment.
• Ability to build productive relationships and communicate daily with offshore based management.
• Ability to demonstrate results for performance improvement and optimization.
• Must be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
• Travel is an essential job function (est. 25%, domestic, international, & offshore).
