Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR-related documents.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
