HR Generalist

We’re seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting our employees. You’ll wear many hats, from ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires to managing payroll and benefits administration. As a key partner to our departments, you’ll also collaborate on HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire new hire onboarding process, fostering a seamless transition into the company.
• Oversee all aspects of payroll, including processing, verifying, and distributing salaries and benefits.
• Administer employee exits with professionalism, conducting exit interviews and ensuring compliance during the final settlement process.
• Maintain accurate employee records and keep HR databases up-to-date.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate HR activities and initiatives.
• Stay current on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Working proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent talent acquisition skills (a plus).
• Proven administrative expertise with a keen eye for detail.
