• Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef to supervise food preparation, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Contribute to optimizing kitchen workflows and implementing cost-effective measures to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a Junior Sous Chef role or similar position in upscale culinary establishments, demonstrating proficiency in diverse cuisines and culinary techniques.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of fostering teamwork and inspiring culinary excellence among kitchen staff.
