Interior & Fitout Estimator required
Must have a minimum 4+ years of UAE experience as an Estimator Engineer in Fit-out & Interior industry.
Can able to join immediately
Responsibilities:
• Preparing the bidding cost estimates for the given deadlines to be submitted for the Interior, Joinery and fit-out work
• Study tender documents including drawings, project specifications, BOQ, the scope of work, contract details, and conditions.
• Study tender BOQ, quantities take off, sending inquiries to the vendors/ subcontractors to get competitive quotations.
• Liaise with the construction/operations team to establish execution/method statements and reflect the same in estimation.
• Establish direct cost resources required to execute various activities.
