Responsibilities:
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading and supervising kitchen operations, ensuring meticulous attention to quality, sanitation standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine to curate innovative menus, oversee food preparation, and uphold consistency in flavor profiles and plating aesthetics.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and minimize wastage.
Requirements:
• Proven track record as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in upscale culinary establishments, showcasing expertise in diverse cuisines and culinary techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership prowess, fostering teamwork, and inspiring culinary excellence among kitchen staff.
