Candidates must be people oriented and results driven, has knowledge of HR systems and databases, has ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills, has excellent active listening, has negotiation and presentation skills, has competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, has in-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices and with Degree in Human Resources or related field is an advantage
