Baraka Development is looking for HR Officer.
Location- Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Experience - 3 to 5 years in UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Be actively involved in recruitment process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records (attendance) according to the company’s policy and assist in payroll.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Assist the management in all needed tasks
Requirements:
• BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, Preparation of payroll, End of Service etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures in UAE
• Proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Real Estate experience is an advantage.
