We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our software company, focusing on expanding our presence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the software industry, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia software industry.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, including government agencies, enterprises, and SMBs, to understand their needs and position our software solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to drive sales and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools, and provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies and support business growth objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a focus on software solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Deep understanding of the software industry, including cloud solutions, enterprise software, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with the business landscape and cultural nuances of the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
