Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs, developing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Generalist will also provide advisory services to management on all HR related issues.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in HR policies and Human Resources (HR) management
• Experience in developing job descriptions and overseeing employee relations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Experience working in the UAE and knowledge of local HR laws and regulations
• Degree or qualification in HR management or related field
• Excellent people skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
