Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Familiar Field : Road/Earthwork/Infrastructure
• Project Management Certificate is preferable
• Extensive experience in high profile project
• Lead and Direct the Project operations and Implementing of Project management tools and techniques
• Manage the Project teams and delegate the Team assignment
• Manage the Communication between various stake holders in the project.
• Plan , Manage and Control project Cost
• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
• Manage construction schedule and activities
• Maintain the Project Plan
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant codes and Authorities requirements
• Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers relationships
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between Client , Consultant and Subcontractors
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
