Job Description:
• As a Custom Clearance Executive, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and government agencies to expedite clearance processes
• Resolve any customs-related issues or discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customs clearance activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience in customs clearance and import/export procedures
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (Dubai Trade, E Marsal 1 and 2 customs clearance software, MS Office)
