Top Priorities-
• Knowledge and typing of all online application of immigration and labor.
• English Mandatory + known Arabic knowledge - preferably.
• A receptionist with typist knowledge typically performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks while also managing front desk operations.
• Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate individuals, taking messages, and providing information to callers as needed.
• Typing and Data Entry: Utilizing typing skills to accurately transcribe documents, correspondence, and other materials. This may include letters, memos, reports, or other administrative documents.
• Managing Correspondence: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, email, and faxes. Assisting with outgoing mail and packages as needed.
• Scheduling and Appointment Management: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintaining appointment calendars and updating schedules as necessary.
