Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on succession planning preferred.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, especially within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders and presenting succession plans effectively.
