Job Title: Human Resources Manager - Medical Sector
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement human resources strategies that support the organization’s goals in the healthcare sector.
• Activating the licenses of doctors (DHA, MOH, and DOH)
• Manage recruitment processes and select doctors and other medical staff, including verifying the validity and authenticity of medical licenses.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on all human resources issues and company policies.
• Ensure employees’ compliance with ethical standards, health laws, and relevant regulations, including medical licenses.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in human resources management in the medical sector, with a deep understanding of medical licenses and relevant local and international requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with medical teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain data confidentiality.
