Hiring Executive Secretary to the CEO
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to the CEO
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries as directed.
• Attending meetings, take minutes, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings.
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
• Interact with external clients and stakeholders, Board Members, Business Partners.
• Management of Hotel Booking & Travel Arrangements, Company Events, Corporate meetings etc.
• Project Management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office and business communication software.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• High level of professionalism and work ethic.
Skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
