JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Verification and preparation of MIS for all above-mentioned entities.
• Preparation of Debtors report and Audit of Accounts Receivables and follow-up with Sales Team for Timely Collection and Trigger them for Over dues if any and also Timely reconciliation of books with Customers.
• Audit of Accounts Payables and Follow-up with Purchase Team for Timely reconciliation of books with Suppliers.
• Preparation of Daily Sales report.
• Pre-Budgeting Preparation every month
• Payments verification of Sua Road Modules.
• Audit of Advances given to suppliers and Follow-up with Purchase Team for the early closure.
• Preparation of Monthly Profitability.
• Monthly Salary audits for domestic locations.
• Monthly Working Capital Data Preparation and Communication thereof to all the concerned.
• Expenses payments allocation working for modules.
• Development of all Audit reports through ERP.
• Insurance for all Indian Entities.
• Coordination with Solar Plant Person for Timely issuance of JMR Report
• Solar REC Purchase by timely payments on REC Portal
• REC Sales coordination with broker and Exchange for payment
• Monthly Preparation of Solar Billing and ensure delivery of bills to customer
• Regular Audit of Solar Generation data and Gap Analysis
• Reconciliation of Ujaas Energy Account and ensure timely payment to them
• Coordinate with Consultants and Customers for any liasioning work required in both solar plants
• Daily Dispatch report making and tracking
• 2Payment Planning of Every Month with Follow-up
• Domestic if required for any kind of work for Solar Plant
• Overseas travelling if required for Temporary Replacement of team person
• Other Misc.work assigned from Time to Time by Seniors and Management.
