Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field (Master’s preferable).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an educational setting.
• Minimum 5 years of current and relevant experience as a Human Resources Manager
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE Labour Laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
