Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient female Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls .
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems.
• Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.(Tourism Experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
