Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Proficiently handle data entry, document preparation, and filing systems.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets for various purposes.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
• Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• High-level computer competence
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in inventory management is a definite asset.
