Hiring Medical Claims Officer
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role : To attend medical approval queries and resolve the cases
Maintain customer satisfaction and client retention
Requirements:
• Education: Graduates in medical/paramedical/insurance courses or medical professionals like nurses, doctors, or pharmacists.
• 1+ year of experience in handling Medical Insurance Claims
• Excellent Communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi
• ·Additional qualifications in the insurance stream are preferable.
