• Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign.
• Produce data for the sales team, and oversee the use of various applications and platforms.
• Track sales managers and accelerate sales closures and revenue generation
• Forecast future Sales by recognizing past trends and current program.
• Territory Definition: Sales Operations must outline and define various sales territories.
• Evaluation and Implementation: By evaluating data, Sales Operations Lead ensure the success of a product or implement new sales plan if the evaluation yields unsatisfactory results.
• Sales Strategy: Sales Operations professionals often set strategy and future goals for a sales team.
• Executive presence with strong business and people leadership capabilities
• Background in sales operations or similar function
• High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail
