Hiring Office Assistant Manager (Human Resources)
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2years of experience in human resources or office management.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
• Handle employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts or concerns.
• Manage employee leave and attendance records.
• Assist in payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
