JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Dubai
Salary: 4,000 AED monthly

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire accounting function.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, and ensure their implementation within the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
• Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and local accounting regulations (UAE GAAP).
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide valuable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify and address financial issues.
• High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
