• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Knowledge on uae visa processing
• Experience in handling payroll preffered but not required
• Basic knowledge about Insurance
• Basic Knowledge about UAE Laws
• Good communication skills in both written and speaking form.
• Profiency in Microsoft offices and google.
• Salary 2000-2500 AED
