We are hiring Tele Sales/Customer Support. This full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi, UAE involves Real Estate Telesales/Customer Support. As a representative, you’ll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, making outbound calls to sell, rent, buy, or manage properties. Tasks include lead generation, appointment booking, customer service, and collaboration with the sales team for improved real estate sales and service quality.
Qualifications
• Experience in tele sales or customer support (real estate experience preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, work efficiently under pressure individually or in a team setting.
