Hiring Application Support Specialist - Swift
Location: Dubai
• 5+ years of experience at a relevant Technical position in large organizations.
• Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in
• Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
• Application performance tuning and optimization
• Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
• Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
• Experience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.
• Functional experience in banking domain
• Complete understanding of SWIFT architecture of SAA , SAG,SWP,HSM,SNL
• Knowledge of SWIFT message standards (MT & MX ISO 20022)
• Hands on experience deploying periodic SWIFT standards & security patches
• Knowledge of SWIFT integration with IPLA, IBM MQ & ADK
• Good understanding of rule & schema creation for message flow in SAA
• UNIX Shell scripting, XML scripting, XSL scripting, SQL & Oracle developer
• Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
• Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls (24x7)
• Knowledge of UAE local payments (UAEFTS, IPI)
• Understanding of payment screening
• Knowledge of BMC remedy, JIRA, confluence
