Looking for an Accountant with Real Estate Experience (Developer office) with expertise in managing Escrow accounts.
Job Responsibilities:-
• Day to Day Accounting
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Escrow Management & Bank Reconciliation
• Transaction Monitoring & Regulatory Compliance
• Audit Support and Collaboration with Legal Team
• Client Interaction
• Financial Analysis.
Qualifications:-
• Candidate must be a Charted Accountant
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on real estate and escrow management in large scale Developer company or a real estate company
• In-depth understanding of local and national real estate regulations.
• Familiarity with escrow procedures, including fund disbursement and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
• Problem-Solving:
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial issues and develop effective solutions.
• Expertise in breifing with Clarity and Conciseness by knowing your audience
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and real estate professionals.
