Contract & KPI Specialist

They are looking for a Contract & KPI Specialist based in Abu Dhabi.
The Contracts & KPI Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of a Supplier Performance (SP) program, working across contracts and supplier management.
Minimum 5 Years experience, with at least 2 years experience in the FM and aviation sector;
Proven delivery of results at a similar level, particularly around contracted service delivery and asset and facility management in a complex, critical, and security-sensitive environment.
Degree / Diploma Level (minimum): Contracting, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Experience in contracts, FM services, or related.
Knowledge of:
• Property and Facilities Management
• Contract management;
• Commercial / Business Management
• Performance management;
• Policies and procedures;
• Primary Contractor service provision;
• Change and cost/value management
• Technical: conversant with electrical infrastructure, utility corridors, plumbing, drainage, easements, buildings and fabric, structures, roads, and tunnels.
• EHS knowledge: Environment, Safety and Health
