Junior Talent Booker

Energie Entertainment are expanding AGAIN! We require a new full time team member in the role of Junior Talent Booker. This role would suit someone young and eager to forge a career in entertainment with a desire to work with one of the leading entertainment agencies in the Middle East. The role will be based in Dubai, working from our office in Dubai Investment Park 1 (situated next to DIP Metro Station). This is purely an office based job to support our project management team.
Job Brief:
• Supporting the Project Management team with artist availability checks and booking of artists
• Ensure artists have call times, technical riders are submitted to clients and that they adhere to our high expectations.
• Talent scouting and updating our database of artists with new acts based in the region and internationally
• Updating our keynote presentation decks with latest artist headshots, video links and promotional material.
Essential skills required:
• Be a nice person! We only work with nice people!
• Be a team player who jumps in and helps whenever necessary with an open minded positive attitude
• The desire to learn and immerse yourself in the Energie team culture
• Strong ability on Keynote presentation creation
• Strong ability using Microsoft Excel
• Computer literate
• Strong command of written and verbal English
Additional skills to mention:
• Any additional language skills
• Any experience within the entertainment booking industry
