• As an IT Support, Helpdesk, and Asset Management Senior Specialist is responsible to lead and oversee the comprehensive support, helpdesk, and asset management functions within the organization.
• The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT service desk operations, providing technical assistance, and optimizing the utilization and tracking of IT assets.
• Understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with data center procedures and regulations
• Experience in administering Active Directory for user management

• ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure Library
• COBIT 5: Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies
• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Certified Mobile Device Management (MDM) Professional

• HDI Desktop Support Technician Certification.
