Tender Engineer required
Registered with Society of Engineers in UAE and registered in Dubai, at least 8 year s’ project site works or tender works
• Check quantity of works, and prepare BoQ;
• Prepare RFP document, and follow up inquiries;
• Compare and analyze quotations and proposals from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Analyze and plan costs;
• Post-bid works, such as preparing post-bid clarification, attending post-bid meeting, etc.
• Post-bid analysis works;
• Assist preparation, printing, binding and submission of bidding document;
• Manage relationship with suppliers and subcontractors, and update and optimize vender database;
• Prepare bidding documents;
• Update and optimize cost database, and analyze cost data
