Our esteemed top-tier law firm client in Dubai is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Corporate Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team.
Position: Bilingual Corporate Legal Secretary
Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in reputable law firms in the UAE
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal terminology
• Expertise in legal document preparation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and legal software applications
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the corporate legal team
• Draft and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Manage and organize legal files and documents
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist in legal research and prepare relevant reports
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field is preferred
• Proven track record in providing legal secretarial support in a corporate law firm environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
