The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales within the real estate sector, specifically targeting both local and international clients. As a Sales Consultant, you will represent our luxurious developments, showcasing their unique features and advantages to potential buyers.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury properties, their features, and their unique selling propositions.
• Actively engage with prospective clients, both locally and internationally, to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales strategies and campaigns.
• Attend and participate in property exhibitions, events, and networking activities to promote our developments.
Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Relationship Manager in Real Estate Development.
• Must have experience in dealing with the international market and international brokers.
• Have a valid UAE Driver’s License
• At least 2 languages Speaker
