Position Overview:
As a Client Service & Account Manager at Digital Diraction, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client success and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, gathering requirements from clients and overseeing the delivery of top-notch digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of digital projects.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client engagements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in client service or account management within the digital industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, media production and design processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• ⁠Fluency in both English and Arabic is Preferred
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
Salary Range:
8000-10000 AED
