Hiring Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED10,000.00
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• ·Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel as needed
