Hiring Senior HR Generalist
A reputable manufacturer in UAE specializing in home security and door systems
Requirements:
• Handle general facets of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, retaining, and performance management and employee relations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and conducting orientation.
• Identify training needs, implement training programs, provide guidance to leadership on performance-related issues, and support the creation of performance improvement plans.
• Establish and periodically maintain HR policies and guidelines, communicating changes to employees as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related (Western education/school background)
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, retention and performance management in the same role/level, from retail or F&B;industry
• Must be knowledgeable about UAE Employment Law
• Must be fluent in Arabic
