Hiring Administrative Officer
Location: Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai, UAE
Experience: 3+ Years
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Officer located in Dubai. The Administrative Officer will perform a range of administrative and clerical tasks, such as customer service, data entry, scheduling, and file maintenance. They will also be responsible for coordinating and maintaining records of communication with clients and suppliers, preparing invoices and reports, and managing correspondence. Additionally, the Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing the office’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• General admin support
• Manage office activities
• Maintain records and databases
• Manage office supplies
• Assist in Visa processing
• Liaise with government authorities
• Coordinate with team members
• Handle correspondence
Qualifications:
• 3+ years admin experience
• Valid UAE driving license
• Good knowledge of Visa processing
• Organized with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
