Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is preferred.
• Proven experience as an accountant in the real estate industry is a must.
• Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles, including lease accounting.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with real estate software and ERP systems.
