Hiring Estimator – MEP Fit-Out
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 4000 – 6000
Industry – Interior Fit-Out
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Bachelor degree preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of work experience in MEP Estimation with Interior Fit-out Company in UAE.
• Must have design and estimation experience in Villa projects, Restaurants, Hospitals and Offices etc.
• Must have experience preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, including: • Reviewing and analyzing project drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of local construction labor/material costs, legal requirements and code compliance.
• Proficiency in using estimating software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be immediately available for joining.
