Looking for Recruitment Specialist
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with expertise in blue collar recruitment from India & UAE and white collar recruitment in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Familiarity with job portals, recruitment consultancies, and other relevant platforms in the UAE.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Must Be 30 above and should know Hindi
• Should have 4 years of UAE experience in construction /Steel industry
• Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
