Location: Dubai, Jumeirah
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Manage hiring processes from posting jobs to onboarding.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records and maintain HR documentation.
• Healthcare Focus: Apply HR practices tailored to the healthcare industry.
• DHA Activation and Visa Processing: Oversee DHA activation and collaborate on visa processing.
• Insurance Coordination: Manage employee insurance processes.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive relations and address conflicts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Familiarity with DHA activation, visa, and insurance processes.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
